Electrical Insulation
Nu-Sleeve SG-240
NU-SLEEVE SG-240 is a fiberglass braided sleeve with specific high temperature silicone coating. It has high dielectrical properties (up to 7 kV) and keeps its flexibility even at high temperature in continuous application (240°C). This sleeving has a good mechanical and abrasion resistance and high flame resistance properties. It is ideal for applications in high temperature environments requiring a high electrical insulation.

Nu-Sleeve SG-200
NU-SLEEVE SG-200 is a braided fiberglass sleeve coated with a liquid silicone rubber. The braid is heat treated to optimize coating adhesion and minimize surface irregularities. it is an excellent electrical insulator, up to 7 kV depending on the requested dielectric strength. NU-SLEEVE SG-200 is highly resistant to end-fray and coating fractures, even when stretched over irregular shapes.
This sleeving is the ideal choice for harsh environments over a wide temperature range from 70°C up to 200°C. is used extensively in high temperature applications where one or more of the following features are required: flexibility, expandability, abrasion resistance, cutthrough resistance and chemical resistance. It is then well suited for automotive applications.
