- $5000 annual purchase commitment
- $1000 initial PO placement at time of credit application submission
- Orders will be shipped freight prepaid via PSG's preferred carrier and freight charges will be added to your invoice. Note that all orders are shipped FOB Solon, OH

Opening an Internet Account
To obtain a username and password for our website, you must first set up an account by following the above Guidelines/Instructions.

If you are already a PSG customer, but do not yet have an Internet account set-up you may either contact your Inside Account Representative or complete the online registration form here.

IMPORTANT
Only one contact per request form. If you do not know your Power & Signal account number, you must contact your Power & Signal sales representative to obtain that information so that you can complete this form.

This form will only allow the creation of an Internet Account. (For other account types, please refer to the above Guidelines/Instructions)
